How to Order
Follow these simple steps to get Mounov’s premium sandesh delivered to your doorstep:
1. Select Product
Select your preferred sandesh and quantity from our catalog or menu. Detailed description and price are provided with each product.
2. Provide Information
After selecting the product of your choice, message us with the following information or fill in the website form:
- Your Name
- Active Phone Number
- Full Delivery Address (House Number, Road, Area and City)
3. Order Confirmation
After receiving your information, our representative will contact you and confirm your order with the total price of the order and delivery time.
4. Payment Method
Keeping in mind the convenience of our customers, we have two payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery: Pay the money on receipt of the product.
- Online Payment: Advance payment facility through bKash or Nagad. (Advance payment is applicable for bulk orders).
5. Delivery
After the order is confirmed, our delivery team will deliver fresh and delicious sandesh to your address within a specified time.
Some important information:
- Delivery time: Usually we ensure delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
- Special orders: For any big event (wedding, birthday or corporate event), we request you to order at least 2-3 days in advance.

Mounov-এর প্রিমিয়াম সন্দেশ আপনার দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছে দিতে নিচের সহজ ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন:
১. পণ্য নির্বাচন করুন
আমাদের ক্যাটালগ বা মেনু থেকে আপনার পছন্দের সন্দেশ এবং পরিমাণ নির্বাচন করুন। প্রতিটি পণ্যের সাথে বিস্তারিত বিবরণ ও মূল্য দেওয়া আছে।
২. তথ্য প্রদান করুন
আপনার পছন্দের পণ্যটি নির্বাচন করার পর নিচের তথ্যগুলো দিয়ে আমাদের মেসেজ করুন অথবা ওয়েবসাইটের ফর্মে পূরণ করুন:
- আপনার নাম
- সচল ফোন নম্বর
- পূর্ণাঙ্গ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা (বাসা নম্বর, রোড, এলাকা এবং শহর)
৩. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ (Order Confirmation)
আপনার তথ্য পাওয়ার পর আমাদের প্রতিনিধি আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবেন এবং অর্ডারের মোট মূল্য ও ডেলিভারি সময় জানিয়ে আপনার অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম করবেন।
৪. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি
আমরা কাস্টমারদের সুবিধার কথা মাথায় রেখে দুটি পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি রেখেছি:
- ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (Cash on Delivery): পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে টাকা পরিশোধ করুন।
- অনলাইন পেমেন্ট: বিকাশ বা নগদের মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করার সুবিধা। (বাল্ক অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য)।
৫. ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে আমাদের ডেলিভারি টিম আপনার ঠিকানায় ফ্রেশ এবং সুস্বাদু সন্দেশ পৌঁছে দেবে।
জরুরি কিছু তথ্য:
- ডেলিভারি সময়: সাধারণত আমরা ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করি।
- বিশেষ অর্ডার: বড় কোনো অনুষ্ঠানের (বিয়ে, জন্মদিন বা কর্পোরেট ইভেন্ট) জন্য অন্তত ২-৩ দিন আগে অর্ডার করার অনুরোধ রইল।
