1. Order Process
- Customers can place orders through our website or social media pages.
- It is mandatory to provide the correct name, address and working phone number at the time of ordering. Mounov will not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to incorrect information.
2. Product Availability and Price
- Each of our sandesh is made with fresh and quality ingredients. Orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
- The price of the product may change at any time, but the customer will have to pay the price that will be fixed at the time of order confirmation.
3. Payment Method
- We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (BKash/Cash/Card).
- In case of bulk orders or orders for big events, advance payment may be required.
4. Delivery Policy
- We try our best to deliver the product within the specified time. However, delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather or any unforeseen reasons.
- Please check the product after receiving the delivery.
5. Return and Refund Policy
- Sandesh is a perishable food item. Therefore, if any problem (such as wrong product or damaged product) is observed during the delivery man’s stay, we must be informed immediately.
- After the delivery is completed, returns or refunds are not accepted for any reason other than any complaint regarding the quality of the food.
6. Data Privacy
Customer’s personal information will be used only for the purpose of completing the order and will be kept completely secure.
7. Changes to Terms
Mounov authorities reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time.
শর্তাবলী
Mounov-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের পণ্য অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে শর্তগুলো পড়ে নিন:
১. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া
- কাস্টমার আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার প্রদান করতে পারবেন।
- অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা এবং সচল ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যাহত হলে তার দায়ভার Mounov গ্রহণ করবে না।
২. পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা ও মূল্য
- আমাদের প্রতিটি সন্দেশ তাজা ও মানসম্মত উপাদানে তৈরি হয়। স্টকের প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা হয়।
- পণ্যের মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, তবে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার সময় যে মূল্য নির্ধারিত থাকবে, গ্রাহককে সেটিই প্রদান করতে হবে।
৩. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি
- আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (Cash on Delivery) এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (বিকাশ/নগদ/কার্ড) গ্রহণ করি।
- বাল্ক অর্ডার বা বড় অনুষ্ঠানের অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
৪. ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা
- আমরা নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে ট্রাফিক, আবহাওয়া বা অনিচ্ছাকৃত কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারি দেরি হতে পারে।
- ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর পণ্যটি চেক করে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ রইল।
৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি
- সন্দেশ একটি পচনশীল (Perishable) খাদ্যদ্রব্য। তাই ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীন কোনো সমস্যা (যেমন: ভুল পণ্য বা নষ্ট পণ্য) পরিলক্ষিত হলে সাথে সাথেই আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
- ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর খাবারের মান সংক্রান্ত কোনো অভিযোগ ছাড়া অন্য কোনো কারণে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
৬. তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা
গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার কাজে ব্যবহার করা হবে এবং তা সম্পূর্ণ সুরক্ষিত রাখা হবে।
৭. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
Mounov কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা পরিমার্জন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
